What is specialty-grade, high-quality coffee?
Specialty-grade coffee is any coffee that scores above 80 points on a 100-point quality scale. Typically, specialty coffee is grown at high altitudes in volcanic-rich soils with much care and attention from the farmer. From there, it is sold directly to roasters without the delays of large commercial coffee shipping and warehousing delays.
Crossed Sabers Coffee roasts are less bitter and fresher tasting because the process is farm-direct, roasted on demand, and shipped within 48 hours of roasting.
We're only bitter on the battlefield.
